1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
handful of ice
1 frozen banana
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon agave nectar (honey or maple syrup works too)
1. Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until combined, stopping the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides and chip up the mixture with your spatula.
2. Place in a cup and top with your favorite almond butter, granola, and additional spice if desired!
