CIRCUIT 1

15x sumo squat w/pulse   
16x knees to step up w/knee drive 
16x curtsy lunges into jump squat 
10x each assisted pistol squats 


CIRCUIT 2

15x each split squats 
15x kneeling squats 
10x knees to squat to reverse lunge 
10x plank jump to chair squat (option is to walk your feet out and in) 


CIRCUIT 3 BOOTY

20x each inner thigh leg raise  
15x each  banded donkey kicks 
10x each banded fire hydrants
