WORKOUT WEDNESDAY 5 MINUTE AT HOME ARM WORKOUT

 

5 min Arm At-home workout you can do with or without weights!


Instructions: Stand up straight, with your legs hip width apart and arms by your sides Keep your biceps stationary and bend at your elbow Curl until your fist reaches shoulder level Slowly release the arm back down to your side Alternate arms

Instructions: Stand up straight, with your legs hip width apart Raise your arms to shoulder height, with your elbows at a 90° angle Raise your arms above your head, keeping the elbows slightly bent Return to shoulder height

Instructions: Stand up straight, with your legs hip width apart Begin with your arms directly overhead, elbows slightly bent, with your palms facing each other Keeping your upper arms stationary, slowly bend at your elbow to lower behind your head Raise your arms back to the starting position.
