This recipe for Slow Cooker Pasta E Fagioli is the perfect warm, hearty, comfort fall soup! Slow Cooker Season would not be complete without this soup. This recipe is so delicious and it’s made with lean ground beef, vegetables, beans and seasoned to perfection! Slow Cooker Pasta E Fagioli is best served with a side salad or french bread!
1. Add olive oil to a large skillet and add in ground beef and diced onion. Cook until browned and no longer pink and the onions are soft.
2. Place the beef in a slow cooker along with the rest of the ingredients, except for the beans and pasta.
3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, stir in beans and pasta.
4. Discard bay leaves before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
