    TASTY TUESDAY NO BAKE NEST COOKIES

    No-bake chocolate peanut butter nest cookies topped with pastel candy eggs on a white platter, with Tasty Tuesday text
    If you’re looking for a super easy recipe that’s perfect for Spring, these No-Bake Easter Nest Cookies are just the thing. This recipe makes no-bake chocolate peanut butter cookies that look like little bird nests filled with chocolate mini Cadbury eggs. They’re a fun treat for Easter and so adorable. Let’s make show you how to make them! 

    No-bake chocolate peanut butter oat nests with pastel eggs; yield 2 dozen, total time 45 minutes

    Ingredients for no-bake Easter nest cookies arranged on a marble surface, including cocoa, butter, oats, peanut butter, milk, sugar, and mini eggs

    1/2 cup butter

    1/4 cup milk

    2 cups granulated sugar

    1/4 cup cocoa powder

    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

    3 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats

    2 cups mini Cadbury eggs

     

    Instructions showing chocolate mixture, oats, and oat chocolate mixture in a saucepan 1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add milk, sugar, peanut butter, and cocoa and stir to combine while bringing to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.

    2. Remove from heat and stir in the old-fashioned oats. Fold and coat completely.

    3. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Press down the center with your thumb so there will be a place for the chocolate eggs. Place egg candies in the center of the nests.

    4. Place the cookies in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
