Stay vs. Bra — Which Bra is Right for You?

A good bra will make or break your day. And choosing the right bra for you and your body can make all the difference when it comes to comfort and support. Especially when you’re at the gym.

We want to introduce you to two of our favorites: the Stay Bra and the Uplift Bra.

So many sports bras ride up, slip around, or don’t provide enough support. With the Stay Bra andthe Uplift Bra, you’ll get a fashionable, comfortable bra that doesn’t rise up and doesn’t cause frustration when lifting weights or enjoying a game of pickleball with your girlfriends. But how do you know which one to choose?

The Stay Bra is one of our favorite sports bras, designed to give you the support you need in front while you get your workout on. Whether its downward dogs or shooting hoops, this bra gives you fantastic support all while looking fabulous.

OK, can we brag for a sec? This bra is so fabulous, we just can’t contain ourselves. Not only is it fashionable and comfortable, you can wear the Cheetah Uplift bra straight to the pool. It’s made out of the same material as our Rise Bralette swim top, but with all the features and support you need in a sports bra.

The Stay Bra has a simple design and silhouette, making it a utility bra through and through (ok, but also adorable).

The Uplift Bra has more coverage — with vintage flair — while still giving you all the support you need. And don’t forget you can wear it straight to the pool for a cool down after running laps.

So if you’re looking for a do-it-all sports bra, the Stay Bra is our top pick. But if you want a versatile bra that will take you from gym to swim, we recommend the Uplift Bra.

Or better yet — why not both?
