Liz's Favorite Peach Pie

Fall is coming up on us so it's time to take some of those peaches you have stocked up on and make good use of them. This Peach Pie will not disappoint and it is a great way to say thank you to summer for all the fun and say hello Fall.

Mix flour and salt and sugar and then put cold butter in and mix with pastry cutter. Then mix in yogurt. Mix as little as possible. Should be a little moist, not dry. Add more yogurt if you need to. Roll in ball and refrigerate for 30 min. Take out.
Roll out and place on pie dish. Refrigerate for 30 more min.

Mix all ingredients into a large bowl. Let sit. Fold in pie.

Bake for 30-40 min. After 20 min cover with foil and finish the last 20 min till bubbly. Let sit for 2 hours.
