Hey there! My name’s Elizabeth, but most of my friends call me Liz. I'm a Dallas local and Albion Fit Maven! I’ve been married to my husband, David (10 years this October), and I’m a mama to a 3 and 5-year-old.  I wear lots of hats (but seriously, I love wearing hats). I’m an executive admin, freelance photographer, and Beautycounter consultant. We’re originally from CA but love our life here in our new home in TX. In my spare time, I love sharing about cleaner and safer personal care and household swaps along with small businesses that have a similar mission to make this amazing earth we live in an even better place on my IG (@elizabeth.lucht).  Torchy's -- if you love queso and good tacos, this is a MUST. If we have people visiting, this is a non-negotiable (unless they can't eat cheese...or tacos ;)). 



Flower Child -- one of my fave, delish good-for-you spots

Botolino Gelato - Not a pie fan? No prob! Go grab yourself some awesome gelato and walk around the cute little neighborhood.  

The Shops at Legacy: I mean this is where the Albion store is located, so duh! This area has tons of great shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, and a fun food hall with all kinds of yummy food options!

Dallas World Aquarium: One of our family's fave spots to visit. I mean, how often do you get to be in a rainforest when you're at an aquarium?

White Rock Lake: If you like going on walks/hikes, bike-riding, paddle boarding, you'll not want to miss out on this Dallas gem. 

Dallas Farmers Market: Whether you're a foodie looking for some good food or you want to go on a fun outing with your family, you won't be disappointed if you head out to the farmers market! There are so many fun local vendors to shop from!
