Surprise your opponent with this pro move: dink the ball from the kitchen line so it lands close to the net on the opposite side. They won’t know what hit them!

It might be tempting to stay close to the net when anticipating a serve from your opponent. To play like a pro, take a step back behind the line when returning a serve, and hit it deep. 

, opens in a new tabRather than staying to one side of the court, mirror the movements of your opponent. This way, you can keep an eye on their every move, and won’t be caught off guard as easily.

You’ve got to focus! Don’t get too distracted by conversation or planning out moves. Just get into the flow of the game, and be ready for the ball.
