I’ve heard a lot of hype about the jetsetters so when my trip to Cali in the summer came up I thought I should give them a shot instead of sweat to death in the heat with my jeans. I ordered the snap pea (lime green-ish) jetsetter in an XL petite since I prefer a cropped pant. My hips measure 44” and waist 34” and am usually a solid size 12 in women’s jeans, occasionally a size 14 (because them hips). These had a nice slightly fitted but comfortable feel with minimal puckering of pockets and crotch (my big hip/butt ladies understand!). Exactly what I was looking for! I’m a little over 5’5” w/ a 29” inseam and the petites hit about 2-3” above my ankle so I’d say the site measurements are accurate. The material has some stretch and is pretty thin, so it was perfect for walking around in the Cali heat. That being said I wouldn’t wear these out in the cold without long underwear. My biggest gripe is first of all the price. Yikes! (And they almost never go on sale). But also since the material is so thin you can totally see cellulite in some lighting. I don’t think this would be the case for the darker colors or if you order a looser fit, but if you're self conscious about that I say be wary. The heathered and patterned one’s would probably do better too. So these were ALMOST perfect! I love the fun color and they’re pretty darn comfy. I kept them since I didn’t really have time to do an exchange before my trip (shipping was about 7 days to the midwest and my trip was 10 day out from the delivery day). I also happened to get a pair of Destination Joggers in the same size and those are SO COMFORTABLE. They have a looser fit (probably could’ve even gotten a L in those) and a longer inseam. I think the thicker waist band of the Destination w/ the fit of the Jetsetters would be my perfect jogger. Maybe some thicker material too, for those days you’re not feeling like exposing the cottage cheese.
I bought three pairs to wear for work. I’m a chef, and these are beautifully thin, breathable and I can bend in all the directions while working the line on a busy 250 cover night. My only tiny thing that kinda bugs…the elastic waist band has started to curl and it’s a bit uncomfortable. I find myself trying to fix it during service. Other than that minor issue I love them. Also, I’m 5’10. I got both the long and standard…love both styles and especially love that I have an option.
Heather Cobalt Jetsetters
These are my favorite pair of pants ever!!
These are at the top of my list of favorite things! Comfortable, stylish, can dress them up or wear with a t-shirt. I am 5’ 1 and have a hard time finding petite bottoms, so happy that these came into my life!
These jetsetters are the best thing to happen to me. Period. I was worried they would be parachute material after reading that they were “noisy” but they aren’t. They are stretchy and ultra comfortable. For reference I am 5’6” 165lb pear shaped and the large is perfect.
I haven't worn jeans in weeks! I love these and even ordered another pair. I went with a size large and I'm glad I did. I'm normally a size 10 and these fit like a dream. I sat in the car yesterday for 6 hours and these were so comfortable.
