About the job: Content Creator

At Albion, you're working at one of the industry's most prolific and original content creating brands, alongside brilliant and collaborative creatives. You're creating innovative, eye-catching, and trendsetting content every day. Albion is a fast paced work environment and during brainstorm meetings you're coming to the table with fresh ideas and listening to your teammates bring their best ideas forward, always collaborating, and helping us be our best. You're taking notes to write detailed briefs that fill in gaps. You're working alongside the founders and a team that's been here for years-- understanding your role is to bring campaigns to life through multiple channels: pinterest, social media, catalogues, digital look books and more. You're witty and can bring ideas to life with clever copy that resonates with our community. You're organized and can communicate marketing needs to the team and can execute from start to finish. You're at photoshoots, taking BTS that you can convert to reels and stories that tease the product, captures the details, and invites viewers to join our journey. You love fashion and write clever and informed product descriptions. You can write scripts for content and can direct models to make the next viral reel. You love showing up to work everyday (yes, in office) and working alongside people who inspire you and will trust you to bring your best to the table because we've come a long way, but are just getting started.

The daily details:

• Copywriting for website, social media, email, and internal communication
• Video + photograph creation and editing
• Create engaging and repinnable Pinterest boards
• Produce multi-channel, high-quality content in collaboration with design
• Manage content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
• Optimize content using SEO and Google Analytics
• Follow content trends and create ideas to build community and customer engagement
• Make engaging, trending and trend-setting videos (reels/tiktok)
• Available for travel (eligible after 6 months) and occasional off day work days during travel and events

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in writing clever, attention grabbing, clear copy

A college degree and minimum two years experience in content creation (fashion industry experience

Excellent with one of these:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

Proficient with:

Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Location:

In office at our HQ in Holladay, Utah.

Monday-Friday schedule. Must be in office, no hybrid option.

Benefits + Salary:

$65k/yr + bonus opportunities
