TASTY TUESDAY: 4TH OF JULY YOGURT BERRY POPS
These days, the most important trait in my recipes is speed. Time is such a precious commodity that I don’t want to spend unnecessary time in the kitchen, which is one reason I love this recipe! It’s fresh, quick, and in Vegas’ 115 degree weather, so refreshing.

It also takes full advantage of summer berries, and with the red, white, and blue, would be perfect for 4th of July celebrations! Every year, my family has an Independence Day family reunion, and I know both the kiddos and adults would love these pops. I hope you do, too.

2 cups Greek yogurt

1.5 cups strawberry puree

1.5 cups blueberry puree

6.5 Tbsp sugar or honey

2 tsp lemon juice

Mix 2 Tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp lemon juice into the strawberry puree, set aside. Do the same with the blueberry puree. Add 2.5 Tbsp into the yogurt and mix well. Fill your popsicle molds with about 2 Tbsp strawberry puree, then a couple spoonfuls of yogurt, followed by 2 Tbsp of blueberry puree, and fill to the top with more yogurt. Add your popsicle sticks and let freeze overnight or at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
