Soulstice is right around the corner and we are so, so excited! One of our classes will be by the fantastic Awaken Studios. We love their mission of learning, growing, becoming stronger, and building connections! They also believe in taking risks (hanging upside down for yoga, anyone?) and being courageous.
Awaken Studios is based in Murray, UT in a gorgeous 8,000 square foot studio. With beautiful workout spaces, locker rooms, and an amazing childcare area, they really have everything you need for a great sweat session! Owner Jenna Hansen isn’t just a highly-trained fitness instructor; she’s a worldwide teacher and coach! With experience training in Saudi Arabia, Korea, China, Barbados, New Zealand, and Alaska, Jenna definitely shares our love of travel, growth, and community.
Our team was able to go and try out an aerial yoga class, which was such a great adventure. Don’t let the name intimidate you; anyone can succeed in an aerial class with a great instructor and a little bravery! Awaken Studios provides the equipment and instruction you need to embrace a new form of fitness successfully.
There are so many incredible class choices available at Awaken Studios, including:
Children’s Camp Fit
One of the best benefits of Awaken Studios is the chance to build a membership that works for you. Whether you want access to every class or just one, you’ll find an option that fits your goals! ALL members get unlimited daycare for two children (SERIOUSLY), discounts for workshops, priority event and retreat registration, and exclusive member event access.
We are so excited for Awaken Studios to join us at Soulstice! We love this message from their studio:
“So much of our lives are focused on getting to the end, that we forget about the beginning and that there is even a middle. Learning to enjoy the process can help with making the task at hand seem a little more doable, especially when things are hard.
We’ve noticed that our programming is instilling healthier habits, but more importantly, healthier mindsets. We’re extending opportunities of growth and re-shaping the human body and understanding of accountability.”
