At-Home Barre Workout

You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy a good barre workout! Barre exercises are a great way for EVERYONE to tone and get their sweat on.

Keep reading for some simple but effective barre exercises.

Note: For all exercises you can use a chair or the wall as your “barre.” If you want to work your balance (and your abs) put your arms in second (both arms out), first (arms making an oval in front of you, fingers almost touching) or fifth (arms above your head, fingers almost touching, shoulders down) position.
