Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING POLICY:

Thank you for your purchase. Your regular mail shipping order will arrive within 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation email once it's been processed. Expedited service is available!  feel free to contact shipping@albionfit.com with any special delivery notes or concerns.

For International shipping, your order will arrive within 7 - 14 business days.  In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties so please check with your local customs office.

Albion is not responsible for shipping delays which are beyond its control. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number via email: shipping@albionfit.com

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Keep in mind, our fitness and swims generally fit "true to size." In order to keep our prices competitive, we have the following guidelines:

 

The swimwear items must be in their original condition, not worn, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments.

We will only accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of product purchase. (If it was ordered online, within 15 days of product delivery.)

Please note swims cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or if liner is missing.
There is no return or exchanges on already exchanged items.

Returns must be received no later than 15 days from the date you received your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. Note that shipping charges associated with expedited service, such as UPS, EMS, will not be refunded.

Return costs and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any returned swimwear after 15 days will only be issued store credit at the current value of the item.

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your statement.

Clearance items can not be returned or exchanged.

If there is a quality issue with the swimwear, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Contact support@albionfit.com.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.

EXCHANGE:

Please advise the reason for the exchange (fit, defective, etc).  Once we receive your return swimwear, we will process your new swimwear request.


RETURN:

Please advise reason for the return for our records.

Place the information inside the return package along with the swimsuit.

GIFT CARD AND PRODUCT WINNERS:

If you have won a giveaway please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed. All prizes sent are exempt from being returned, exchanged or re-sold. We do not permit or send contest prizes to any accounts or persons associated with competitors or reselling.
