We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Keep in mind, our fitness and swims generally fit "true to size." In order to keep our prices competitive, we have the following guidelines:
The swimwear items must be in their original condition, not worn, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the garments.
We will only accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of product purchase for a full refund. (If it was ordered online, the return must be postmarked within 15 days of product delivery.) Anything up to 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. No return, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after 30 days.
Please note swims cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or if liner is missing.
Returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the date you received your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible. Note that shipping charges associated with the return will not be refunded.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free exchanges!
Any returned swimwear after 15 days will only be issued store credit at the current value of the item.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your statement.
Clearance (Final Sale) items can not be returned or exchanged.
If there is a quality issue with the swimwear, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned to us. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.
Please advise the reason for the exchange (fit, defective, etc). Once we receive your return swimwear, we will process your new swimwear request.
