We are opening retail locations this holiday season in Scottsdale, AZ and at Legacy West Mall in Plano, TX. We will be filling the following positions in both cities:

RETAIL MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of retail experience
History of working in leaderships roles
Full time, salaried position - must be available, days, evenings, weekends and holidays

DESCRIPTION:

Our managers are the heart of our team. Their leadership and passion set us apart. Store managers wear many hats and these are just a few of their responsibilities: 

  • Build a team of women who love interacting with people and spreading positivity
  • Training Personal Stylists to be successful on the floor and in life
  • Oversee product merchandising
  • Promote Albion's positive culture in the store
  • Scheduling
  • Oversee store maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ect)
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Promote active lifestyle + community involvement 
  • Community management and event coordinating 

RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of retail experience
History of working in leaderships roles
Full time position - must be available, days, evenings, weekends and holidays

DESCRIPTION:

All team members wear a lot of hats but below are a few assistant manager responsibilities:

  • Maintain the tempo of efficiency on the floor
  • Help create a positive atmosphere in the store and take care of customers
  • Assist manager with marketing initiatives
  • Uphold overall organization and merchandising in the store
  • Coordinate execution or promotions and events 
  • Assist stylists with needs when manager is unavailable 

RETAIL STYLIST

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years or older + have graduated from high school
No retail experience necessary but always a good thing!
Part time or full time positions - must be available, days, evenings, weekends and holiday

DESCRIPTION:

All team members wear a lot of hats but below are a few stylist responsibilities:

  • assist customers every step of the way from greeting, learning about them, pulling product, setting them up in a dressing room, ringing them up and being their friend 
  • create a positive atmosphere 
  • become an expert and advocate for all things Albion -  from products, to the story, to promotions and beyond
