I feel like we jumped right into summer this year, and it has been such scorching hot weather! Sign me up for a cool drink poolside!
One of my favorite Disney treats is their Dole Whip! Have you ever had one?! They are a total dream, and the perfect treat on a hot summer day!
I wanted to share my healthier version of a Dole Whip with my Dole Whip smoothie recipe! Not only does it have zero refined sugar, it also has some extra added protein and creaminess with the greek yogurt to help you feel more full and satisfied!
2 cups (10 oz) Frozen Pineapple chunks
1/3 cup 100% Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup Plain Green Yogurt
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
One squeeze (about 1/2 teaspoon) Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cup ice
(Optional) 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder - for added sweetness and protein
Place the ingredients in a high powered blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
