Here at Albion Fit, we believe in lifting others up. With so much uncertainty and chaos in the world, it can be easy to get bogged down by negativity. As we enter the holiday season, let’s take some time to be the good and share it with others.
We’ve created a task for each day in the month of November that focuses on 30 easy acts of service. There are endless opportunities to reach out in kindness—whether it's calling an old friend to chat or donating to a local food drive, and this FREE calendar makes it even simpler! Download it below, and follow along, all month long. Be sure to share your experiences with us on Instagram by using #AlbionHelpingHands.
If you miss a day, just pick right back up the next. It’s not about numbers, it’s about filling your heart and soul with the spirit of service and giving.
“Remember that the happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more.” ―H. Jackson Brown Jr.
